MGMT 340 reviews the theories and applications of behavioral science research in human organizations. Topics include motivation, group dynamics, communication, leadership, conflict, and change; topics are outlined in the syllabus and schedule provided.
Justin Gardner has been delivering training sessions focusing on leadership for over ten years. His focus of study has been broad, encompassing many areas that pertain to personal development. Currently, Justin is a Lecturer for the College of Business at UW-Eau Claire where he teaches Organizational Behavior and Personal Leadership Development. In addition, Justin has been in charge of the University?s Leadership Institute for the past six years. He also is part of a three-person team that works to coordinate the Student Professional Development Program, a workshop series, in the College of Business.
