This Class develops the awareness and sensitivity of students to issues of race, religion, culture, age, gender, sexual orientation, and disabilities in the workplace. Overall, this course addresses the AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) perspectives related to ethics, social, legal, global, and diversity issues.
