Carlos G. Garcia worked since 1985 working for Tec de Monterrey and UNITEC, the two largest, most prestigious universities in Mexico and now is a faculty member of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire teaching: · Intermediate Spanish · Business Culture in the Spanish Speaking World · Spanish for Health Professions I and II: Translation and Interpretation · Spanish for Business · Spanish Business Writing · Government, Business and Media in Spain and Latin America He was the development and continuous improvement Director for WAL-MART Mexico, the Corporate Strategic Planner in charge for Alsea, (MX Domino's, Starbucks, Chili's Burger King, Popeyes, etc) as well as a consultant for such companies as SUKARNE (largest beef company in Mexico). He received his undergraduate degree at Tec de Monterrey, and his Masters in IT management at Tec de Monterrey, his second Masters in Quality and Productivity at Tec de Monterrey, and his third Masters in Business Administration at Minnesota School of Business.
